The most common treatment methods for this type of cancer include surgery, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radiation therapy, and combined modality. If your fallopian tube cancer is in its advanced stage, your doctor may recommend for surgery, which will work at the removal of as much of the tumor or cancer cells as possible as well as some of the other treatment methods.
